From sourcing local woods to applying the finish, every step of the process is done with the utmost attention to detail.

That's why I typically work with the highest quality sustainably sourced woods, carefully selecting each piece for its unique character and beauty. I am grateful to live in Northern Illinois which is full of beautiful native tree species such as Cherry, Walnut (my two favorites) along with Maple, Oak, Ash, Locust and so many more. I also use eco-friendly, food-safe finishes on all utilitarian pieces and prioritize techniques to minimize the impact on the environment.
